Frequently asked questions
Why does NewScreen need access to my photos?
The App needs access to photos and media on your device so you can import screenshots and images, edit them with frames and layouts, and save exports back to your gallery.
Where are my edited images saved?
Exports are saved on your device (for example, in your Pictures folder). NewScreen does not upload your photos or videos to our servers.
Why am I asked to allow notifications?
Notifications let you see export progress when the App is working in the background. You can deny notification permission and still use the App; you may need to keep the App open while a long export finishes.
Export failed or a video format is not supported
Some video formats may not be supported. Try a different source file. When combining multiple images, the App supports up to 15 photos at a time.
How do I remove ads?
Purchase Premium from Settings in the App. Premium removes banner and interstitial ads and unlocks Export High Quality.
How do I restore Premium on a new device?
Open Settings in the App and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Google Play account that was used for the original purchase.
The App crashes or a feature is not working
Make sure you are running the latest version from the Play Store. If the problem continues, contact us with your device details and app version so we can investigate.
How do I delete my data?
Delete exported images from your device gallery or uninstall NewScreen to remove locally stored App data. For information about analytics and ads, see our Privacy Policy.
